Hi all- Just a few updates... Zevious was recently reviewed in Downbeat magazine and will be performing this upcoming Sunday, August 14th at 'The Night Wears a Sombrero Festival' at the Cake Shop. We'll be sharing the bill with PAK, Zvoov, Cellular Chaos, Hadoken, and more...
Then on Sept. 4th we travel down to Chapel Hill, NC to play at Prog Day. We'll be playing the opening slot on Sunday... I couldn't think of a better way to cure your hangover then to hear us blast through a set of our newest material at 10:30 in the morning.
Fresh off a killer show opening for the legendary William Hooker at Johnny Brenda's, Many Arms will soon be heading into the studio to record our third full length album. Before that though, we'll be performing Sept 17th at the 'No Valleys Festival' an all night long 24 band musical freakout hosted by SINErgy Space in Philadelphia and curated by our very own Nick Millevoi. And finally I'll be preparing some new pieces for the JDb group in trio format with Joe Moffett and Dave Flaherty for a performance at Cafe Orwell Sept. 16th as part of the Super Coda series, curated by Valerie Kuehne. We'll be sharing the bill with two amazing solo guitar acts, Kevin Hufnagel (from NYC of Dysrhythmia/ Gorguts) and Ryan Miller (from Portland of With Eyes Abstract).
