I've been toiling away at computer music programming focusing primarily on granular synthesis in Csound for almost a year now. Being inspired by composers such as Curtis Roads and Horacio Vaggione, I've begun a series of miniature compositions derived from synthesized source material of my own design which I plan to steadily work on over the upcoming year.
I've named the series Filaments after the natural threadlike structures that exist on both the microscopic and cosmic scale.
